On Wednesday, Katie and I went to Shanghai Baia with a group of ladies. It is located on the Ilah and right on the water. The view of downtown Luanda was very beautiful. I should have taken a picture of what you see when you leave the restaurant. While eating one of the ladies asked if we were still in Luanda because it was so nice. Someone else said all you have to do is walk out the front door and you will remember where you are.
