Heads off

Kenny wanted the shrimp for dinner tonight and I was not going to touch it so I asked the maid if she would and she wanted to boil it whole. I got the driver to explain to her how I wanted it cleaned and she told him she was probably going to jail for decapitating all these shrimp. He said they like the brain once it is boiled...it taste good he says. YUCK!!!! I told her they were already dead so it didn't matter and if she wanted to boil the heads she could have them. She didn't like that idea she wanted the whole shrimp. I marinated it in some olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt and then Kenny is going to grill them tonight. I also found some bacon at the grocery store and it was only about $4-$5 so Kenny might wrap the shrimp in it. I told the maid I would save her one for tomorrow so she could try it.
