Portuguese

Today I had my first portuguese lesson and I have to say it was harder than I thought it would be. The letters are pronounced different so it makes it hard to read. I learned how to greet someone in the morning, afternoon and in the evening and how to introduce myself. I also learned how to tell someone bye, see you later, see you tomorrow and how to say have a good weekend. It was about 5 pages of phrases I learned or wrote down. I practiced with my driver all the way to bible study and he was very helpful. My head really hurt when I was done....I forgot what school and information over load was like. :-) He told me to use the paper a couple of days and by next Monday I have to have a conversation and greet him when he comes to the house. I am a little worried I won't have it down but I will try my best.
