No sewing for awhile

I have been having pain in my left arm with numbness in a couple of my fingers. It has been on and off for the last few months but this last week and weekend it has got a lot worse. I talked to a physical therapist today and he told me I should stop sewing and using the arm as much as possible for the next 3 days. He said to use ice and Tylenol and see if the pain subsides at all. If it does he said I could probably last the 4 weeks before seeing a doctor in the US. If it doesn't stop hurting at all then he said I should probably go ahead and go see a doctor somewhere else besides Angola. He said he doesn't feel like there would be any long term damage but he wouldn't know for sure without an x-ray being done.
