Lots of baking

Today we made zucchini bread and hot dog buns. I don't like zucchini but a friend of mine had made it and I tried it and it was very good. I didn't tell the boys what kind of bread it was until after they tried it and said they liked it. When I told them they both acted like it was gross and they didn't like it but they had already ate an entire piece. :-) Jared kept saying he wanted some bikini bread.

For dinner Kenny was going to make hot dogs and chili but we didn't have any hot dog buns and I didn't have a driver to go to the store so I looked in my bread book and found a recipe for hot dog and hamburger buns. I made the dough in the bread machine and then the directions showed you how to to roll them out. They ended out looking a little like hot dog buns but tasted very good. I think I could buy them cheaper at the store here though.
