Christmas in the US

It was so nice to be home. The day my parents picked us up from the airport my younger brother and two of my nieces came with them. It was so good to see everyone and then we went and ate lunch at Ted's. After lunch mom, my brother and me went to Target and it was very overwhelming seeing everything and wanting to buy so much to bring back with me. :-)

The first 4 days were real hard with the time change. We were all waking up at 2am and the boys were falling asleep about 5pm. After the 4th day it was much better. We were able to see everyone in the family and Kenny was even able to get a couple days of deer hunting in with my older brother in Altus. While they were hunting the boys and I went and stayed with my sister-in-law in Ft. Worth. We kept her two little ones while she worked and we had a blast playing with them all day. This was the first time the boys had really been around a baby for this long and they both loved playing with Keaton.

Kenny and I went to Sams and Walmart and went shopping for stuff to bring back to Angola and I think we over did a little but it has already been worth it. We bought so much stuff at Sams that it wouldn't fit into the car so we had to leave one cart of stuff at Sams and meet my dad for lunch and moved everything into his car and then went back and got the last basket of stuff. We ended up bringing back 4 ice chest, 2 suit cases, and 12 plastic totes all weighing 70lbs a piece, plus the dog.

We landed in the US on Sunday and Monday after school I took Jacob to the school to give Mrs. Keck her gift he  bought her and he wanted to see Aiden. When Jacob and Aiden seen each other you would have thought they were boyfriend and girlfriend that hadn't seen each other in years. It was the best thing ever!!!

Here are some pictures from our break!!

We had a blast in the US over Christmas break and seeing all our family and friends but it also felt very good to be back at home. (I can not believe that I am calling Angola home now) :-)
