EVERYTHING

Everything...that is what I have been doing this past week. I have another post that I am working on with pictures of the boys that I will hopefully get posted soon.

Today I have made a loaf of bread, tortillas, boys after school snack, and showed Sela how to make pancakes for her kids. I have also been working on PTA stuff. The school wants an emergency phone tree with a contact from each company that attends the school so they could call in case of an emergency or school closer. That person could then contact everyone in their company. I thought being on the PTA was supposed to be fun not work, work, work. :-) If I look at it on the bright side...this year is going to fly by. :-)

Since we have come back from the holidays the stores have nothing that we normally get. They have been out of peanut butter, loaf bread, vinegar, spaghetti sauce, tortilla chips and anything thing else that you need. We have started making our own pita bread, regular bread, spaghetti sauce and tortilla chips. I am praying that peanut butter comes back before I have to start making it. I was thinking this morning that this is the idea place for a newly married couple to come after their honeymoon. The reason....the woman would have to learn how to cook.

It's going to be a great week...I can already tell. :-)
